I’m currently a research scientist at Google.

List of Publications.

Previously, I did my PhD (‘Auditory-Based Processing of Communication Sounds‘) at the Centre for the Neural Basis of Hearing, University of Cambridge.

My research focused on the use of auditory models for automatic speech recognition and sound classification. I used the Auditory Image Model (AIM) as the base platform for the testing of new algorithms and approaches to compressive filtering, event-detection and feature extraction. During the course of my PhD research, I developed AIM-C, a C++ implementation of the auditory image model.
